Rev. Dr. David Lindsey, Pastor
Pastor David joined Shepherd of the Hill in 2025 after serving as Transitional Conference Minister for the Minnesota Conference of the United Church of Christ. He brings over two decades of ministry experience, including years as Senior Pastor at Little River UCC in Virginia and leadership in interfaith and social justice organizations in the Washington, D.C. area.
Originally from Kentucky and Indiana, Pastor David has long been dedicated to building bridges across faith traditions and advocating for racial and social justice. He is passionate about helping congregations navigate seasons of transition with grace, creativity, and purpose.
Kaitlin Kelly, Office Administrator
Kaitlin joined Shepherd of the Hill in March of 2025 as Office Administrator. She brings a background in journalism, marketing, and public relations, and previously worked as a marketing associate for a maternal health startup.
Kaitlin is passionate about organization and systems thinking, and enjoys creating processes that help the church’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Outside the office, Kaitlin loves spending time with her fiancé, Quinn, as well as family and friends.
Ted Godbout, Music Director
Ted joined Shepherd of the Hill in May, 2013. Ted is an accomplished jazz and classical pianist and composer who teaches at Saint John’s University in Collegeville, MN and at the Chaska School of Music. He holds B.A. degrees in Piano and Jazz Performance and Conducting from Saint John’s and a Masters Degree in Piano Performance and Jazz from the University of Oregon. You can catch Ted playing in clubs throughout the Twin Cities.
Ted plays for worship and directs our choir five out of every six Sundays.
